Northbridge Piazza – Perth
CHW Consulting was engaged by the City of Perth for the outdoor LED screen at Northbridge Piazza.
The outdoor LED screen is the first permanent display of its kind in Perth, used for performances, exhibitions, festivals, sporting events and other cultural activities.
CHW’s experience in providing large display solutions and integrating them with AV and ICT infrastructure was a key factor in our appointment.
Coles Atrium
CHW Consulting was commissioned by the Coles Group to design a new flexible AV system for the redeveloped atrium at the company‘s head office in Tooronga.
We worked closely with the Coles Group to design a system that catered to the varied needs and uses of the space. CHW conducted site audits before designing the AV system for the space and managed the tender, installation and commissioning processes.
Melbourne Convention Centre Development
CHW Consulting was the LAN/WAN, VoIP and Wireless Network design and project management consultant for the Melbourne Convention Centre Development.
The new convention centre has a green building design, and construction is now completed on the 5,000-seat facility.
The centre is the central feature of a $1 billion urban renewal project along the lower Yarra River bank, and is one of the few convention centres in the world to currently have a six-star green energy rating or equivalent. It has a high level of integration between voice, data and building services managed by a converged IP network.
CHW Consulting completed the ICT design including building services integration and transition planning. Helpdesk, LAN, Wireless LAN, VoIP and network redundancy design.
Federation Square
CHW Consulting has undertaken various multimedia system designs and reviews forMelbourne’sFederation Square.
Projects include the Atrium and Plaza large video screen upgrades in 2004 and 2008 respectively.
We also provide ongoing technical advice in relation to maintenance and multimedia content distribution throughout the site.
