Peter is a founding director of CHW Consulting
Peter has been responsible for the design and project management of electrical, communications, audio visual and IT systems for over 20 years.
Peter has extensive experience in major Health projects. He is the lead technical consultant on major projects including the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre and the New Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne.
Peter has worked in multi-disciplined engineering consulting firms and as a specialist technology consultant and senior project manager with extensive experience in the following industries:

- Justice & Courts
- Commercial
- Public Private Partnerships (PPP)
Peter has a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) with Honours and a Diploma in Security and Risk Management.

Tim is a founding director of CHW Consulting
Tim has been responsible for the design and project management of IT, audio visual and communications systems for over 25 years and is regarded as a leading expert in Court Room Technology within Australia and Internationally.
Tim has extensive experience in major Health projects, as lead technical consultant on projects such as Fiona Stanley Hospital and the New Children's Hospital, Perth.
Tim has extensive experience working within Government and leading consulting firms in the private sector as a specialist technology consultant and project manager with experience across the following industries:
- Justice & Courts
- Major Health projects
- Education
- Commercial
- Aviation
- Public Private Partnerships (PPP)
Tim has extensive IT and communications accreditations including Microsoft (MSCE, MCP+I & MCP), Cisco CCNA, ACA, and is a Member of the Australian Computer Society (MACS).

Graeme is responsible for managing the delivery of all CHW Consulting projects nationally.
Graeme has over 20 years experience in managing the design and project management of large scale, complex audio visual & communications systems implementations on some of the largest Construction projects in Australia.
Graeme brings a wealth of business and project management experience to CHW Consulting. Graeme's industry experience began with construction management with Bovis Lend Lease, followed by 18 years service at Rutledge Engineering as National General Manager.
Graeme has a Bachelor of Building (Construction Management).

Manoje has designed and managed audio visual, communications and IT implementations on various projects, including The University of Melbourne Eastern Learning Hub, Alfred Hospital Trauma Centre, Federation Square BMW Edge, Parramatta Justice Precinct, Victoria University's Access Grid, and various other projects for The University of Melbourne and Monash University.
Manoje has worked as the audio visual and communications design consultant for large Managing Contractor delivered projects such as Fiona Stanley Hospital and New Children’s Hospital, Perth.
Manoje also has extensive experience in Public Private Partnership projects, including the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre and The New Melbourne Convention Centre.
Manoje has a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Computer Systems).

Shaun is responsible for IT systems design and management on major projects, including the New Royal Children's Hospital (Melbourne), Chris O’Brien Lifehouse at RPA (Sydney), Orange Hospital (NSW) and the new Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre (VCCC).
Shaun specialises in Data Centres, LAN/WAN and Voice over IP (VoIP) design and technical interface requirements between the IT networks and various communications and audio visual systems.
Shaun has extensive ICT experience working directly with Hospital ICT Systems. Shaun previously worked extensively for the NHS in the UK implementing large IT infrastructure projects, including server virtualisation of physical servers and associated network storage. Shaun has worked directly within the ICT operations team at the main Hospital campus at Brighton University Hospital, England.
Shaun's IT experience extends to the Government and Commercial sectors. Shaun managed the network and server environment for a major Government Department in Victoria for 10 years, and has experience in conducting forensic IT investigations for Consulting firms in the private sector.
Shaun has IT and communication accreditations including Microsoft (MSCE, MCSA & MCP), Cisco CCNA, and has a Master of Information Technology CPEP (ACS).

Anthony is responsible for CHW projects in Western Australia as a specialist audio visual & communications systems designer and project manager.
Anthony has been involved in various CHW projects locally and overseas, including the new Children’s Hospital (Perth), Fiona Stanley Hospital (Perth), Perth District Court Project, NSW Telehealth Project and the Abu Dhabi Justice Department Videoconferencing & Digital Court rollout (UAE).
Prior to joining CHW, Anthony gained extensive experience working as a system designer and project manager for large Audio Visual Integration companies in Australia, Dubai and Canada. Anthony is based in Perth and manages the day to day design & coordination of WA projects.

Dean is a specialist audio visual and communications systems designer and project manager.
Dean has been involved in various major CHW projects including the new Royal Children’s Hospital and the new Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre in Melbourne.
Prior to joining CHW, Dean gained extensive experience working as a system designer and project manager for large Audio Visual Integration companies in Australia and Europe. He also designed and project managed communications systems during his time in the Royal Australian Air Force. Dean is based in Melbourne and manages the day to day design & coordination of specialist audio visual and communications projects.
Dean has an Associate Diploma in Electronic Engineering.

Ramiya has designed and managed various audio visual and communications projects, including The University of Melbourne Eastern Learning Hub, Victoria Police Centre Emergency Response Centre upgrades and hearing room audio visual systems for VCAT (Melbourne).
Ramiya's major project experience includes audio visual systems design and documentation for RMIT University School of Business, Fiona Stanley Hospital (WA) and The University of Melbourne Parkville Neuroscience Development for Brookfield Multiplex.
Ramiya has a Masters of Information Technology (Computer Networks) and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
Melany Jory

Melany is responsible for overseeing the quality and resourcing of CHW Consulting technical drawings and schematics across all projects. Melany also prepares detailed design drawings for audio visual & communications projects, and conducts staff training to maintain our high documentation standards.
Melany is the CHW contact for project invoicing and also looks after the day to day aspects of our office administration.
Melany has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology and a Bachelor of Information Systems.
Martin Bodo

Martin prepares IT & Audio Visual technical drawings and provides project coordination support to our Senior Consultants. Martin also assists with CHW Consulting's network administration and preparation of project invoicing.
Martin has a Diploma in IT from RMIT University.
